Bought 3 new/only 2 were new

First two - open the box and they were in a bag with little plastic covers over the ends. Open the 3rd box and no plastic bag and no cover/cap for the ends. While everything seems to be working fine, I am kind of upset that one of these appeared to be used (or at least should've been listed as open box). Also reached out to inform best buy via email over a week ago. No response! :-(
