    The product worked exactly as expected. The 5 stars came from the associate looking at a pic I took of the device that needed the cable and picking what I needed in 5 seconds. Amazing customer service.

    When I ordered my HP ENVY Pro 6455, the site recommended these cables. I purchased and discovered they were not needed. I successfully returned the unused item. Company sold me incorrect item!
