A program icon showed, but it did not initiate. I tried running it manually, and something started but stopped. After I tried that, the Ethernet connection on my new Windows 10 PC doesn't work.

Although the idea seemed good, the performance was terrible and completely scrambled my DB on my new SP3. GS was able to resolve the issue and correctly advised against using this for data transfer ever. Agree, this item should be taken off the racks and not sold by BB
