Helpful to quickly transfer files

Several times when large amount of data was moving, I had to start the operation over where it seemingly disconnected. This may not have been the cable's fault, so I didn't detract from the rating for this issue.

Don't buy it to do anything else, it is a file transfer cable that moved all my necessary files from my old laptop to my new laptop. Worked well going from windows 7 to windows 10 no problems and actually faster than I was expecting (a LOT of picture files and music files)! A good buy!
