Training problems

I wanted to know if it could be done by cable and what program would I need? The first associate said it couldn’t be done and as I was just about to leave another associate said it could. But he didn’t know how exactly. He requested the help of a third who directed me to the correct cable. No program needed. Training needs to be improved. Cable worked great

I had to transfer shared files from our legacy shared file server to our new blade server. I purchased a USB 3.0 device, then realized our legacy server was very legacy. Only had 2.0. This thing still transferred data way quicker than through the network. Very impressed!
