Connects for file transfers very easily

Unacceptable even to try to trace it. At this point Best Buy is not efficient in answering phones, online service, etc. but is it worth the hassle for a product you can get elsewhere for similar prices?

It's for a Samsung Galaxy smartphone S8.

Cellphones require 2.0 (black colored plastic inside Male head or 2.0 which are white plastic Male heads inside Male USB). A 3.0 blue plastic head would have ruined my S8 smartphone.
