This cable was very difficult to find. Best Buy is my first go-to dealer for hard to find technical equipment. Thank you for your help with this. Your technical support staff are very good.

I would have given 5 stars but the software embedded in the cable is a little quirky and crashes inexplicably from time to time. Nevertheless, it's gets the job done.

Good accessory

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I basically needed something to help my "wireless" printer get reset, so it did the job of my laptop and printer communicating. I can now do everything wirelessly, but this transfer cable came in handy and will be helpful when I have similar problems in the future.

Not Needed After All

I returned this item with the package unopened.
