One computer was running Windows 10, the other Windows 7. When the user interface popped up, it looks like a very easy to use file manger. Just select the files and drop them to the other window and away they moved. Worked like a charm. Then suddenly it just stopped connecting. Nothing I did fixed it. The software was totally borked after just a few hours of use. Maybe it will work for you, but I would save your money and try a different way of transferring files.
