I needed an extension for my joystick to my PS4 to play Star Wars: Squadrons. This one does the job. Not much else to say. You plug one end into the PS4, and the joystick plugs into the other end. Then, it's like your joystick has a really long cord. Unless you don't need this for a PS4 and a joystick. I suppose it would work fine for other USB devices as well. Never tried it, but if I ever need to, I know where it gets kept.

I bought this to extend my mouse and keyboard USB. Definitely worth it for this! I notice no lag on key time when using!

During the COVID event of early 2020, webcams became very hard to find in stores. Luckily, I found a Logitech C270 at Target. Unfortunately, the cord was too short to reach from my monitor to my tower. This USB extension works with the C270. The camera is USB 2.0 and powered by USB cable. It has a relatively thick cord, so I think it should be able to send data and low power well. But personally, I would want to charge high power things through it since energy loss is proportional to length.

Perfect length when you need to charge your tablet or phone and the cord is not quite long enough.

I bought this for my computer in my new workroom. The previous cord didn't reach it but this helped fill the gaps!

Great cable extension for usb. I use it to connect my keyboard and mouse to my PlayStation. No issues whatsoever.

Used to connect a WD 1TB drive filled with family photos/videos on my LG TV. I have a wall mount and wanted to run the cable from the USB port on the TV to the drive through the wall mount and keep the cable hidden. I was concerned that the 12' foot length would cause problems with transferring images/videos from the dirve to the TV but there were no problems. Works great.

This cable extension for a USB so far has been working as it should, for almost a year.

I owned an existing web camera that only had a five foot long USB cord. I needed a longer USB cable for this old camera in order to reach the new location for our desktop computer. I was not sure what type of USB cable was compatible to lengthen my web camera's cord. An extremely helpful Best Buy staff person directed me to this Insignia USB "Extension Cable A-Male to Female.
