Ie very easy to destroy cable. I mean if it’s that easy to destroy, it’s not very durable.

I don't feel that I am appreciated as a customer and would prefer normally to go somewhere where I feel store personal are happy to have me there as a customer and not just a nuisance. There is one store clerk that has always helped me and friendly in the computer section. At this point I am sorry I do not remember his name. This review was sent to me, but my name is Duane Grosse. I have asked numerous times to change it but no one at the store can do it. As far as it goes, the cable is fine. Although, I can buy similar cables at Target and they are closer.

Within 2 weeks of receipt, the small metal connector point at end of cable began loosening & ultimately broke off. Extremely unhappy!! The crazy thing was that upon its receipt I plugged it into my iPad & only removed it from the iPad a couple of times at most. Didn't take hardly anything at all for it to disintegrate. Yesterday, I contacted Apple & purchased the Apple product I should have bought in the first place.
