After numerous checks, I was told that it was being worked on. When the day arrived for my in-store pick, still read :working on it". I decided to goo to the store and check in person. Found that order had been ready days ok, but no one had updated the order for my pickup.. Always tried to call but was put on hold for over 1/2 hour. You must do better

This keeps the plastic from butting up against the phone. This allows it to move left to right and causes my phone to connect and disconnect over and over again with any movement. Im just going to stick with the Apple cords from now on.
