    The plug plastic needs redesigned

    The plastic around the end you plug in to phone is toooooo big for me to fit my phone case . You see when your phone is in your phone case the case itself has a smalll whole for the end to be plugged in.. I had to trim the plastic with a box knife. Now it works fine

    I had the shortest cord plugged in in my car and used it approximately 10 times and on the 11th the small part the plugs into the phone was gone. It fell out in my car.

    The 10' cord must have a shortage in it. I have to hold it in to charge or lay my phone in certain positions for it to charge. The other cords work just fine. I brought the box for the 10' cord and now that it is pass my return time I'm stuck/

    Charger worked one day. Too expensive to work one day, I would’ve been better off getting a charger from Five Below. I was headed out of town and didn’t get to bring it back.

    I bought this power cord for my iPhone because my old one that was rubber coated kept splitting. The Insignia braided power cord barely charged my phone.

    Used with my iPhone 11, and EVERY TIME I use it, i have to flip it at least 3 times to get it to charge, and every so often it stops charging in the middle of the night

    The charger plug isn’t good unless it’s the box, but I used it on another box and the outcome was the same.

    The 10’ cord was the failed within a couple weeks of buying it. If it wasn’t for the 4’/6’ cords this would’ve been a worthless purchase.

    Liquid Detected in Lightning Connector

    Had them about a month before I started to get a notification that said "Liquid Detected in Lightning Connector". These are the only cables that say that, all the Apple cables are fine.

    I realize these things are not produced to last long. Most of them fray way to easy. This one the connector piece to the phone went bad after the first month
