I received a phone call several days later to come pick up my new phone as to which I stated I would be there after work. I was required to give my broken phone back in order to receive the new iPhone ( understandable). I stressed this is my business phone, I have 8 facilities emails, text, apps etc. that it is crucial all my information be transferred over. The tech stated, “no problem”. He was making me very unsure about his ability to complete the task and was rushing through everything stating I have to go to my cell phone provider to finish the process, I left Best Buy not being able to even turn on my phone. I’m not from the area and I couldn’t even get directions home because I had no phone. All said and done. Nothing transferred, I had no phone for hours (lost business) and spent countless hours trying to retrieve what the tech promised to do. I never thought having a phone replaced would be so horrific!!

Was assisted by the sales team and got home only to find out was sold wrong cord. I live on the other end of town so wasnt real happy to need to take time to drive back across town for correct cord....
