    I purchased this for use in my car in the beginning of September - it's not heavily used, rolled up or stretched. I always pull directly from the end that connects to my phone not the cord. In one months time the cable has gone bad. If my phone is jostled or the cable isn't at the perfect angle it no longer connects correctly to charge or for use with Android Auto. Buy a different brand.

    After acouple weeks of using cable it went from fast charge to slow charge. Poor sodder connections between port an chord

    Slow to charge phone/tablet The length is good, but charges much slower than my previous cable which was the same length. I am dissatisfied with item. It does not seem made any better than your average cable. It miggt be damaged bc it's no charging well.

    It charges fine, but it fall outs of my phone sometimes. And yes, I fully insert the cable into my phone. It even feels like it fit snugly when I plug it into the phone.

    It does the job in charging my phone, but it comes unplugged very easy. I don't exactly know why that happens, but that's what I get for buying an "off brand" charger.

    These "braided" type cords are a hassle because they get twisted up really easy. Charging works fine though

    Worked for the first charge on offering super fast charging with my charger base rated for fast charging but after that every time i plugged it in in any device it kept saying slow charging then tested with other usb c to usbc cable and super fast charging was working again. So safe to say this cord couldnt hold up

    I bought the corded 10 ft charger for a device. The end of it frayed off but Best Buy replaced it because it happened within 3 weeks

    I ordered the cable because it said it could charge my Chromebook and when It got here I checked to see if it would charge and it wouldn't charge my Chromebook even after I asked their agent if I can use it to charge my Chromebook. the box also came with a dent.

    The USB end of the cable broke off after 3 weeks of use. This is a worthless product and I am very disappointed that Best Buy would stock such a poorly made product.

    This combination CD/Cassette players performance matched its price....cheap product, poor sound. Speaker distortion and lack of manual tuning in a flimsy housing made this product easy to return. I thought I might get a unit comparable to the SONY I used to have. I didn't. The SONY was solid, with decent sound and accessible tuning. This BESTBUY knockoff not worth it.

    Bought this for my new Samsung Z 3 I needed it for the car, but it didn't work out not to say there's a problem with the item per say. I'm guessing the cord was fine , its just that the newer phones require "true" manufacturers parts.
