    Tried to use it on my Samsung Note 9. Caused to phone to stall and stutter while using it. When it did work using Disney+ anything I watched defaulted to Spanish with subtitles. Even after changing it to English the next episode it changed back to Spanish. Ended up returning it. Got the certified Samsung Dex cable and it works flawlessly.

    I was told by the tech this was the correct cable for my new monitor; it wasn't, returned to store.

    Called along with the TV. No response and long wait time. Understand that because of the Covid, but went to a different store and they told me that I would have to go back to the same store along with my remote too. Not satisfied with service this time.

    They work for the most part. They give a static sound sometimes, unsure of why that is. Overall, ok for the price. Nothing special though.

    Not real happy with it. It randomly just loses connection and has to be unplugged then plugged back in. If I had the receipt I would return it.

    I bought this cable to watch movies from my phone on my TV. I cannot get it to work. I tried to return the cable to Best Buy, unfortunately it had been longer than 15 days since purchase, so they rejected it. The staff at Best Buy were not very helpful in trying to help me to get this cable to work for me and instead encouraged me to purchase a new TV.

    Unfortunately I didn't need this product when I purchased it so it sat in the box till I purchased a new computer and actually needed it - then I found out it didn't work and BB refused to swap it out saying they no longer carried the product - wonder why!?

    Purchased this cable to use with a projector while I'm home schooling my children. The cable worked great for about a week, but then lost signal and stopped working completely. Replaced with the platinum cable which even projects a clearer image. Unfortunately I threw the packaging out so it could not be returned.
