    It didn't stay connected

    I had to return this because I would plug it in and it would seem to stay and start charging. But it must have had some defect because if the phone was at all bumped the cord would fall right out. I tried messing with it for about 10 minutes after it didn't end up charging overnight since it didn't stay plugged oil and it fell out about 5 times and then I gave up.

    Cable stops working after a couple weeks. The first one i thought was defective. Returned and got another one and it did the same thing. Do not recommend

    It is possible I got a dud, but the cable was in flawless condition and yet would not charge either an iPhone 12 Pro Max nor an iPad 8th Gen. Verified the Apple 20 Watt charger worked, so it was definitely the cable. This could be a fluke, or an example of what Google figured out that cheap USB-C cables are all over the market and generally don't work with all devices or all wattages on all chargers, etc...

    So I made the mistake of buy an open box without checking it. Yes that was bad on my part and when I got home it wasn’t even what it was supposed to be. I haven’t tried taking it back yet. They are probably going to think I made the switch so obviously the employees didn’t check before putting it back on the rack

    DO NOT BUY THIS CORD! I am returning this and shouldve just trusted my instincts and bought the apple brand. Insignia is best buys brand and I was hesitant to get it. Tested it on my iphone, did not work. Tried it on my ipad mini, did not work either. The concept was good but lesson learned, I will never buy any insignia product again.
