For those worrying that the insignia brand is bad for their cables, DO NOT HESITATE. It is an amazing cable that more than gets the job done!

The braiding keeps the cable extremely secure without any worry of it cutting or breaking. The only thing I could ask for was a Velcro cable tie. That of course would be great for storing. Overall excellent quality and very capable of charging/data transfer across a wide variety of devices. Will definitely buy more!

The cable is stiff and clicks great when inserted. It holds tight on the connectors. I've already bent one end while charging my phone but still works.

This braided cable type is more durable than the plasstic vinyl type cable which comes with Apple products and the connection is reinforced well, We are very glad Best Buy carries this item.
