I'd bought a new laptop. Never owned one before. The problem I had was trying to figure out how to connect my laptop to a wireless printer. Wasn't having much luck using the included laptop manual, if you can all it that. But after talking with someone over the phone I was advised to purchase a USB cord to connect the laptop with the printer. It wasn't as convenient as using a wireless connection but it got the job done and I was real pleased with USB cord from insignia

Faster transfer
