Product fine, 20 days to ship 9 miles

I was too busy to take the time to pick up the purchase, I opted to have them delivered thinking it would arrive in a day or two, or a week at most. It took 20 days for it to arrive from an address only 9 miles away. I'm on the same island in the same municipality. That's too long to be acceptable.
