Had this TV for a couple of weeks. Picture is amazing and even the sound is better than most plat panel TV's these days. It's far less money than any other 65" TV I've seen mostly because it's not a smart TV. If you have an xbox one, PS4 or any other streaming device you don't need those extra features anyway. It even has three HDMI ports which is more than some other bargain priced TV's on the market today. Bottom line, if your on a budget and still what the largest screen size possible this is probably the best bet.

Our Sony 60" was 12+ years old so the difference in this TV is tremendous. Last night watching it for the first time, my husband commented he felt like he was at a live stage show because it looked like the people on the show were in our family room. We had tried different cables etc in our previous TV trying to get the clarity we would see on showroom floors. It's obvious now, we needed a new TV. I would say at times the color had a bit to much yellow in it, so if you buy this TV, scroll down to AWebster's review from January and he lists specific settings he used to get the picture just where he wanted. That was very helpful. I feel like we got a fantastic value for the product we received.

have been very impressed with the insignia being a generic brand I didn't expect the quality I purchased the 65'inch without even seeing a working model I was going to bestbuy to originally purchase a 60"Vizio for $749.99 when I was looking at the store flyer for this one for only $699.99 and was a 65" vs the Vizio 60" so i took a chance and have been pleased if your into gaming like myself you'll be happy to know there's a game screen option that does significantly increase the graphics quality of your gaming the only thing that bothered me was the fact that it claimes to be a true 120HZ HDTV but actually only runs at 60HZ so the 120hz quality i had been told was there actually wasn't but the sheer size of it in a medium size room while in game mode makes up for it and yes i would recommend this tv to a friend :)

After shopping for weeks and comparing tv after tv I finally decided to settle on this Insignia 65. Over a year later I'm happy to say I would buy this tv again if I were in the same position. For the price, in my opinion, this is the best tv out there. Now it may not have all the fancy bells and whistles but I would suggest if you were interested in a smart tv, don't spend all that money on one. Grab yourself an insignia with great picture and sound and then grab yourself a chromecast or something along those lines and poof there you go. I'm still debating in weather or not to get another one for my bedroom but I think 65 inches may be a little excessive.

I agonized for a long time whether to keep the LG 65LB5200 I got on Black Friday, but there were some things I really didn't like about it. I ended up returning it and getting this Insignia TV instead, and I am SO happy I switched. It's everything I wanted in a large budget TV - looks great, no significant problems with viewing angle, all the options and features I was looking for.

Bought this online recently @bestbuy for $800, and got 5 year insurance for $200. Mounted to a wall where I could not find studs, but used 3 snap toggle bolts and used a six inch screw that went through two walls, and through a 2x4 in a closet, for extra anchorage. The TV weighs about 50-60 pounds and each of the snap toggle bolts are rated for at least that amount, and the walls are 5/8 plaster. Very happy with the tv. Using with Apple TV, OTA channels, and some FTA satellite channels. Was a bit worried when only one of the men in the delivery truck took the tv up two flights of stairs to get to my porch on a snowy day, but no accidents, thank goodness.

Upgraded from a 48 inch LCD. This TV isn't the thinnest LED... I don't care. This TV isn't the smartest... I don't care (I already have the smart gadgets). This TV isn't 4K... I don't care. But this TV is BIG and has a great picture. In fact, I had to tone down the Hz from 120hz (ultra smooth) to smooth as the picture was too realistic and creeping me out ;) The 1080p looks great in every way. The TV also works great with my older insignia sound system. But the major selling point was the price - $780 out the door with no extended warranty. How can you beat that? Amazon sure didn't have anything like this in that price range.

So went in looking for a good deal. Found this model and was indecisive because of the brand but after looking at the reviews I took a chance. After everything was all hooked up I was very pleased with the clarity of the picture. I would highly recommend this TV for the price! :-)

I first got the 65 inch LG on black Friday but was not happy with the picture at all. I returned it, which best buy made that experience very easy. I read the reviews for this tv and decided to exchange for this one. I'm am very happy with this tv! Much better picture and with my ps3 it looks awesome and is now a smart tv.

This TV is a great bang for your buck. Very crisp picture once the settings are adjusted. I was going to get the samsung but why spend more when this has better reviews. I have 2 insignia tv's now and love them both.

So far so good for me. For me, the intent and purpose of my purchase was to provide a TV on which the youngsters in my family could play their games. This was perfect! The dimensions of the TV alone made it an immediate hit for the kids.

Just bought this TV, paid $799 and picked up next day. Picture is very good quality for its size. These Insignia's have many high end parts in them LG, Samsung, etc. Next day I went online and the price was $849 after I had already paid $799 which was crazy to me. Glad I pulled the trigger when I did.

It's mostly held up well, great value for the price point. But during the pandemic, the blues became saturated and all content shows up as overly saturated blue, which is too bad. I also had the 5 year warranty which went from June 2015 to June 2020, but when I called best buy last year about they explained they weren't doing repairs like that. And now it appears like they don't have a record of that conversation and won't honor the original 5 yr warranty. Which is frankly a travesty because I'm a long time best buy member, buy all my equipment from them for personal and business.

I'm blown away by this TV. I can't vouch for the speakers because I'm using an LG soundbar and subwoofer, but the picture is amazing! The colors are great, there is no lag, and it's huge. I'm very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this to everyone.

Not meant to compete with Samsung, LG, or Sony but for the price, you can't ask for more. Excellent product, excellent value. With some adjustments to the settings, you'll see a great picture.

I would highly recommend this tv. Picture quality is very good and sound is better than what you get with most LED tv's It can be made into a smart tv by adding a Roku stick for about 70.00 dollars. And the price of this Tv has dropped 250.00 dollars sinse I bought it last month. I don't think you can go wrong with this deal.

Got the TV and set it up on the stand before mounting it to the wall. On the TV Stand apparently there is a flaw that makes a large cloudy spot in the center of the screen during very dark scenes. It was very annoying and I was planning on calling about it if I wasn't able to fix it via changing picture options. Once mounted to the wall the problem completely disappeared. Great TV for the price, just don't use the stand it comes with. There are TV Stands you can mount the back to or you can just mount it to the wall to prevent that cloudy spot.

I have been a electronics fanatic for years and am a Samsung fan primarily but when I saw the picture on this TV it blew me away especially for the price. Would definitely recommend with a smart blu-ray player and you have the total package!

I purchased an Insignia 51 inch plasma 3 years ago and have been very pleased. I upgraded to the 65 inch model last week. Great picture and sound for the money !!! Got it on sale for $250 off.
