Do NOT buy this tv. I returned my original one because there was a horizontal scan line that scrolls up and down the screen every 24 seconds (yes, I counted). Best Buy delivered me a new one immediately. Wouldn't you believe, the same problem exists. I removed the television from the wall and placed on the stand, changed the HDMI cable that connects the Direct TV, and changed the power cord. That horizontal scan line still existed on any media device we used (Direct TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime). This is very annoying especially when football is on. This price was amazing, but you get what you pay for. We had to come out of pocket another $360 to get a better model. Lessons learned.

Delivered on 12/03 and stopped working on 12/16 so lasted almost 2 weeks. Instead of replacement upgraded to the LG. Good part was Geek Squad and Best Buy were good to work with on replacement.

I have owned multiple insignia TVs and this one is the first one I absolutely hate. It lags, sometimes just goes blank and won’t load. I wish I could return it. Waste of money.

Ended up returning it. The video quality was intermittently horrible. Some movies are super clear others look like something from mine craft. Otherwise it was cheap easy to assemble and when it was working properly it was pretty nice.

Don't waste your money, spend just a few more bucks on a better brand. Picture settings are ridiculous, no matter what setting you put it on, even "dynamic", the screen seems to be just a little too dark, especially streaming movies. When you try to increase the brightness, it just looks that much worse. After I returned the TV, I wandered around the TV section at BestBuy to buy a different brand, after 10 minutes of nobody helping me, I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

It does not work with cube. Additionally, it will not pair with other remotes. That means it is a bad/defective set. Process to reconcile is lengthy and cumbersome.

Decent picture. Broadcast TV works well. My biggest complaint is that audio and video get out of sync when streaming Amazon Prime movies. I don't have this problem streaming with my computer.

I bought this TV and it had problems from the start. It would 'scroll' and pixelate. I had it delivered, So they picked up the TV and brought me another one. Same problem. They picked up the second TV and I ordered a 70" Hisense. No problem with the Hisense! I even had Dish TV out after the second Insignia to check my equipment. No problem at my end. Thanks for Best Buy giving great customer service.
