    Had to send this tv back twice. First time it would not download updates, no help from the Geek Squad whatsoever. Second time, it turned into a brick. It wouldn't turn on, no help from Geek Squad. Very bad tv, Very Bad Support.

    Terrible tv. We had it just over 1 month of a warranty and the picture starting gettting lines up and down over it and they wouldn’t warranty us.

    We bought for family members to use in their finished basement. We hung it on the wall and it worked great. They didn’t use it for some time after that but when they tried to use it again it wouldn’t turn on. Did everything customer service asked us to do to troubleshoot and it still didn’t work

    DO NOT BUYYYYY!!!!! I bought and literally one year and a week later, the screen is obnoxiously flickering!! Perfect timing! No more warranty :) I took a chance going with the cheaper less reputable brand and am now paying for it. Best Buy, step up your game. Never again.

    Going straight to the point here. 1. The adhesive cover for the HDMI, USB, and other ports aren't aligned. This makes it extremely hard to plug hdmi cable's in. 2. The apps are glitchy. Youtube would flicker everynow and then. The QC on this one is bad

    I’ve had this tv for a couple weeks and already have issues. There is a horizontal scan line that scrolls up and down the tv. Also if I play an app and return to my cable input I have to force stop the app to get sound to the cable input. It’s going back!!

    TV stopped working after one day. Turns itself off while you’re watching, loops back to the last thing you were watching after being turned off. Tried unplugging and resetting. Didn’t help. It tries to force you to watch the show you were last watching even if you don’t want to. Took batteries out of remote too, can’t figure it out so it has to go back to the store.

    great picture for the 10 viewing hours it worked. The bottom half of the screen went white.

    This TV is not good. Unless you love Amazon Prime and like that realistic VHS look. Its a sharp 4k tv so it makes all of my shows look like cheap vhs quality reality tv shows. I highly recommend not getting this tv. Its sucks. Doesnt work well with Roku obviously. This tv own you thats why uts cheap.

    Was nice tv for price but started to have dead pixels on screen after 3 weeks. Not to bad but is noticeable.

    Horizontal lines

    I like many other reviewers here got this tv recently and after approximately 2 weeks am experiencing a horizontal "hum" line in my television. When the cable box resolution is in 1080p it generally moves slow and to the bottom. When it is in 1080i resolution it tends to move faster and up. I tried to call best buy today and when they called me back there was no one on the line. Will try again and update if I find a resolution.

    It’s been 6 weeks and the TV is out of storage. I’ve never had this happen with other smart TVs. I have a total tech membership but the customer service representatives have not been helpful. They keep transferring without warning until I was disconnected.

    Not 4K UHD or I have a bum setup

    This is suppose to be a 4K tv but none of my devices see 4K only 1080p and dishnet Joey will only do black and white on hdmi 1 but color on other inputs - Apple TV is also black and white in input one but color on others Hdmi 1 will only do 1080p on Xbox and is in color I’m baffled

    Got the tv in first week of December. Worked well first few weeks but now screen started to flicker and frequently. Mostly middle in the screen so gets more visible in the dark room settings. Will call Best Buy about return/ repair. Insignia is their own brand and the quality should not be this low !!!
