    The delivery was great! I bought as a Christmas present opened up and set it up and the tv has a line in it. Called to return andBest Buy is telling me they cant do anything about it!!!!! Very Ticked off

    TV is fine but the the smart app is through Amazon Fire and it is terrible. Had to buy a ROKU device to attach to the TV. I wouldn't buy anything with the Amazon Fire. Save your money. The TV keeps turning off randomly too.

    The picture details are not good. It has a rolling line that comes during live programming. Watching football is a joke. I bought this tv to watch the college football play offs and the national championship game. I guess I won't get to, at least not in this tv. Returning the tv as soon as I can get someone to help me put it in my truck. Very disappointed.

    The television worked fine for roughly 1.5 months. Since then when using the twitch or youtube firetv app the screen will randomly flicker green. Uninstalling/reinstalling the applications results in no change. I have attempted to power cycle the device with no change in results. Other devices connected to this television do not display this issue.

    Turns off by itself

    I’m not giving any stars and reason is because I bought this tv during Black Friday. Three weeks later tv will turn on and 5 seconds later turn off by itself. Call Best Buy, insignia and couldn’t fix the problem. Ended turning it and bought different brand hope this one works.

    They would be ok if Amazon was able to be taken off. And the unit be used as a simple display. Garbage. Pay the few bucks extra and get a better tcl or visio. Thinner bezels and no Amazon!

    Terrible picture quality. Don’t waste your time or money with this brand of TV. Pay a little more for a Samsung. I returned this unit for a full refund within a week after purchasing it.

    Broke 4 times in first year

    Speakers broke first week, screen broke first month, two mother boards replaced, screen broke again at 11 months. Before having it a year I threw it away and got a good brand.

    TV is not great it has a horizontal line going down screen and when trying to look at regular TV it has a green screen and it takes alot to get it to work So I don't recommend this TV to no one

    Terrible product. Image is grainy. The sound is horrible. We tried everything and it wouldn't work. Very low quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Had tv for 10 days and it stopped turning on. When I actually got it to turn on the tv went to the start menu the got stuck in a loop trying to get off that screen then shut back off. I returned the tv two days later.

    Owned this TV less than a year and it had constant bugs and issues, until the sound died at 10 months. No sound output via speakers, HDMI 2.1 or digital output.

    Save your time and money. This TV has a horizontal line that runs thru the picture. There are many complaints about this issue online. Best Buy answer to this is just to give you another worthless TV

    The sound cuts offs in the middle of a movie. Something the screen freeze up! I really think I paid for a brand new tv but with a return open box!
