    Its just ok for a 65" tv but for the price I cant complain. Customer service is terrible. You get Bob in India and then transferred 3 times after that. The picture could be better but I'm not as particular as some. Its easy to maneuver but sometimes locks up. If you can get it under 350 go for it.

    The tv was good while it lasted. I purchased it in 2020 as a Christmas present to myself. It lasted 4 years. Until it went to update and got stuck in what has been dubbed " the reboot loop". And the tv won't boot all the way back up. It stays stuck on the start up screen where it mentions the Insignia Firetv logo. When I tried to reach customer service, they want to charge me $125.00 to send someone out to check and possibly repair the tv. That's too much to pay when it wasn't a user error, but an apparent issue that is known to happen after an update when the customer has had the tv for a few years. A simple google search or reddit search will confirm this. The Tv was good while it lasted. I would suggest not to put the tv online. Connect it via an external Roku box. Because the tv was fine when I did this. As soon as I connected the tv online within the tv's wifi, it started acting wonky and now it doesn't work. I think there should be someway Insignia can send a signal to the tv to get it to complete the update. But instead, Best Buy wanted to make me pay a fee to repair what should be a simple fix. It's a good tv, just make sure you add the Geek Squad warranty. I didn't know about the warranty back in 2020 when I bought it. But I have the Geek Squad warranty on my Insignia washer, which I have had to use it and they sent me a replacement washer. So Geek Squad warranty is a must.

    Wavy picture during Fast and Dark Scenes

    Fast and dark scenes are not good at all. The picture starts to wave when watching these scenes. It seems that it's the internet buffering but it isn't. It's the TV during anime, action and dark scenes is when I notice that picture starts to become wavy. I'm going to change the Insignia brand to a bigger name brand. The picture isn't as sharp as other 4k HD TV's either.

    Good TV. However, they did not ship the free alexa echodot and when asked agent on chat was informed to go to store and collect it. At store told me to check online. Asked again online -Agent Wyatt and was informed was not eligible for free echodot. I remember specifically as this promotion existed when I first bought TV on Jul 5 2021- Hence the low rating inspite of this being my second Insignia TV.

    It work perfect from November 2020 to May 2023 but unfortunately it stopped working, well there’s no image on the screen only sound. Good thing I have insurance.

    Good product good delivery service My biggest complaint was I missed price reduction by 2 days. The Price reduction time should be 30 days from purchase.
