    Life Expectancy

    The tv and every other tv like it has a life expectancy of 2-3 years max. Once it reaches that max the picture will cease to work and you’re left with a black screen and volume. The problem cost more to fix than just purchasing another tv. Prior to that, television will work just fine. After invest in another tv.

    Do Not Buy Insignia Brand - Save your Money.

    Do Not Buy Insignia - just save the money. Tv went out in just over one year - which coincidentally skips past their given warranty without paying for an “extended warranty” …No help or viable assistance from Best Buy/ or Insignia who shuffle you back and forth avoiding any solution to the issue.

    This tv I wish I never bought it you cannot download the spectrum tv app because it doesn’t have it they told me I have to hook a RokuTV box to it or use me cell phone to mirror my cable The picture quality is horrible shaky glitches I wish I never bought it and I can’t return it I’m stuck with it don’t make the same mistake I wish that someone would have put this on before o bought it . If you still buy this tv after reading this your not very smart and you will be as mad as I am after you sit down and finally see the trash you bought so thanks best buy or insignia for nothing but taking my money

    DO NOT BUY! I purchased this tv and it is always glitching. The picture quality is decent, but there must be some type of manufacturing issue since the tv glitches.

    Tv remote starts malfunctioning after 8 months. If you like having a tv that you can’t control the volume on or turn on and off this is for you

    Tv just buffers all the time regardless of internet speeds. I’m almost thankful that this happened within days of purchasing it. Got to googling found out it’s a common issue with fire tvs in general and decided I didn’t want the headache and returned it immediately. Do yourself a favor and buy any other OS smart tv because firetvs are more like a dumpster fire

    DON'T BUY THIS TV!! I bought the 65 inch and there is a horizontal motion line that runs through the picture every minute. I thought I had a defective product and got it replaced...but same issue. BestBuy knows about this issue and is still selling the TV.

    Would look at this if it was a Roku or even Google tv but Fire tv is a deal breaker for me, only 3 hdmi,s another deal breaker, it,s 2022 folks 3 hdmi ports simply does'nt cut it.

    This television is not compatible with cable. I ended up getting a full refund because of this BS. If I were you, I’d go to another brand.
