I should have got a protection plan

We got this in February and everyone has enjoyed and loved this Tv! We’re literally stressed right now because he broke it and has sensory issues and now he can’t watch his favorite show!

Only problem, it didn’t fit on my dresser/entertainment unit. My bad for not realizing the legs would be too far apart. We temporarily borrowed the bridge top of our living room unit.

Choose a Different Brand

Both of them have picture quality issues such as grainyness, picture swaying or shifting like they're under water. They both lag and very pixelated especially when showing darker colors. The 50in has NO Lifelike qualities. A GeekSquad Tech told me it was because the processor in the 50in TV'S are smaller. I have had 4 GeekSquad appointments. I was told that nothing can be done. 2nd they said that the processor needed to be changed in the 50in. 3rd appt processor was changed. That didn't work btw. 4th appointment I was told that Both TV'S issues were just the characteristics of the TV'S. That's unacceptable for me. I just want my TV'S fixed is that too much to ask? After 4 appointments, same results for both. Lagging, shifting/swaying, pixelated and grainy. Thank you

My client had a set budget that I needed to meet. I quickly realized, this was an amazing TV for the price! It also has all the latest and greatest smart apps already installed. Definitely a lot of TV for a small price!!
