Nice picture and sound. And I got a great deal!!!!

Great picture and sound. Setup and delivery was smooth.

I purchased this TV so I did not expect it to be great. However its complete inability to render a clear image was not something I expected. After hours of tweaking the settings and looking up suggestions by others with similar models, the best I could settle on was an image quality that was grainy and weirdly lined in the foreground and very grainy and blotchy colors in the background. If watching a very bright movie or show the problems were not as bad, but trying to watch a scene that has shadows or a dramatic range of light is miserable. Here is a list of items that provided better picture quality for the exact same media: 8ish year old 30" Dynex LCD, 3ish year old iPhone SE, 4 year old mac-book, 7ish year old 11" Lenovo thinkpad, 2 year old base model HP laptop, and in the most stunning quality of all a 1080p ViewSonic 21" computer monitor connected to the aforementioned thinkpad. If I could get a 65" version of the ViewSonic or even the Dynex I would have been very happy for the price point of this TV. There is no excuse for a 4K TV to be such lower quality than an outdated 720p TV. The graphic user interface was decent and fairly intuitive, and the Alexa voice interface was only as problematic as all voice interfaces are so no real complaints there. When I contacted Insignia customer service they were very prompt to respond and friendly but ultimately the best advice they could give was to return it before it was too late to get a refund.

Ok easily installed. Picture not as good as as my previous buy at Bestbuy, of a Westinghouse television but it will do. The fireTv main prompt is too cluttered and the remote update made it worse. All in all, it again it will do. The price and size was my main motivator to purchase.

This tv is very nice. I only have one complaint. It is not compatible with the Spectrum TV Streaming app. This is very disappointing. I would not have purchased it had I known this.

TV does the job, Nobody in my house is a gamer so no really don’t require anything special.

I appreciate evertything about the tv except the interface. The home button does not take you to the home screen from the within the apps. its a minor gripe but I really can appreciate that function on my previous television now that i no longer have that function on this one.

okay - works well enough. learning curve to operate, does not have the same kind of a remote that other tv's do. cant just type in the channel number

Great 4k TV especially for the price. Only thing that is annoying is it turns off on it's own after about 15 minutes of inactive use.. Can't figure out if there is a setting for that, but I haven't been able to figure it out. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

This was a TV that was referenced in a CNET review for best 4k Amazon Smart TVs. This has not disappointed in any way. The video is crisp and vibrant, the Amazon functionality is excellent, especially with Ring systems.

I have the tv from almost a year, so far I haven’t got any issues, works perfectly!

For the price I paid it’s a good TV but you definitely get what you pay for. I don’t watch much TV so I didn’t wanna spend more for a better unit.

Not enough storage. Startup would not work. Nice picture.

Nice picture but not enough storage space to fish load many apps. Tv only has 4gb of storage. Half of that is used up by the operating system and pre installed apps.
