    Good for the price! I have a few…But have to return this on due to defective display. Several large red spots spread out over screen. I wish I tested set before I hung it on the wall :( but would still recommend this brand at this time, I will try another set hopefully no problems!

    Purchase TV a year ago and had to factory reset my tv three times because it kept getting stuck on "searching for remote". Insignia support service advised I had to buy a new remote to unfreeze screen. I've purchased the remotes twice to unfreeze the screen. If I known this was going to happen. I wouldn't have purchased it. I will be buying another brand. This is not worth it!

    Not a good option, I have bought several Insignia products from Best Buy in the past, and I have been very satisfied. This TV was easy to install, connected right the way to the wifi, and to my amazon account but suddenly, a red line was on the screen, randomly. It appears and disappears. Geek squad checked it and it went back for a refund. Also, I bought it because an Echo was offered for free, but they just canceled it, stating it was out of stock. Very disappointed with this purchase, everything went wrong.

    After making settings adjustments I decided to keep the TV. Biggest issue I've had so far is green flash while watching YouTube app. This issue does also happen while playing other apps. I called customer service but they just told me to unplug it, which I already did. The rep told me to call back while it's occuring, but it happens without rhyme or reason. The flashing now includes black and white lines. I included a screen shot and short video of issue. It's so unpredictable I literally just recorded while watching videos to catch issue.

    This is the worse TV I've ever owned. Purchased for my wife on Mother's Day 2022, & by Father's Day 2023 its inoperable (as soon as manufacturer's warranty ended). Now I have a smart TV that has turned into a 65 inch blinking "Insignia fire tv" sign mounted on my living room wall. UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER purchase.... i mean waste my money on an Insignia product again & I advise you tell any one truly care about to do the same!!!!

    Not really sure if it’s me or just the quality of the TV. I bought a new tv, and I’d hate to bring it back for something so minute. But there is a red dot on the screen when I power it up and when it’s a black screen. It’s horrible. What are my options? I’d this common or do I need to return it for a better quality tv?

    25 days this tv lasted with only watching 4 times. NowI get vertical lines down the tv and can't see anything. I called Insignia, spent 30 minutes with them on the phone. Its outside of the 14 day return window, so now I have to wait for an in-home technician to inspect it 1 month out from today. Perhaps I got a dud compared to all the great reviews, but to only last 24 days in not acceptable even for a budget tv.

    Already broken LED screen with very little force!!

    My 3 year old son accidentally hit the screen with a plastic hanger and half the LED on the tv is out! It took us forever to even find the tiny spot on the tv powered off of where this even happened too!!! So obviously this is a Very cheaply made tv if a 3 year old with a plastic hanger making a tiny nick on the screen causes the led to go out on half the screen!!! This is exactly why you pay a few hundred more and go with a Vizio or Samsung !!! My Vizio fell off the mount last year and didn’t break!!! ! I can assure you this is my first and my last Insignia purchase!!!!!
