Great tv. My only complaint would be the power cord it very short. We have our tv mounted and needed an extension cord in order to reach the power strip. We did not have to do that with our previous tv which was also mounted.

I had the tv for about a week and I love it. I never purchased this brand but the audio and video I'm beyond haopy with. I love the integration with fire stick, needing only one remote is nice too

Nice TV for the price, Has a little bit of glitchy OS but nothing unmanageable

We picked this TV to replace our roku 58 inch. The picture quality of this insignia was okay, but not spectacular. It was the buggy Prime operating system that we disliked. The apps sometimes drop out during episodes, then doesn't save your progress. Even if you pause an episode and the TV times out, you have to renavigate from home screen back into the app and your progress still restarts. Didn't like the hassel so we are exchanging for something different.

best choice! easy navigation remotes are super sensitive though.... but amazon has protectors for the remotes connects to Alexa devices love has apple feature

I’ve never had any sort of issues and it’s always stayed connected to what I need. Downloading is super easy too!

I had some initial concerns about buying an off-brand TV but I'm pretty sure now that I'm not going back to the Samsung's and Sony's :) Alexa feature is an added advantage for folks who have the ecosystem.

Picture freezes, the remote control does not work all the time, this product loses internet signal all the time I have two televisions I see why they are so cheap .try to return after 6 months and best buy don't let me do it .

This TV was a gift for our daughter. She said she loves it and her entire little family is enjoying it. She’s owned it for only 2 weeks but has no complaints. The price was great $325. Black Friday sale

Ok TV for the price. Cannot get the setup right for the picture size. Some channels are small and some are too wide, also adjusts the size of the guide so sometimes it is too wide and you cannot see the channel. Very annoying to have to watch a show that basically has the same size picture as my smaller screen tv we replaced. Took weeks to figure out how to make Alexa work, but now she is working ok. Wish we would have spent a little more money and got a better brand TV.

So far so good. Love the size picture could be a little clear I added a sound bar because of the sound of just the television I was a little flat. Overall a good television.

Works great as stand alone TV without Cable Connection. This TV allows you to download the Xfininity Streaming App. Highly recommend if mounting separate from cable box.

It’s really good. Insignia is made for Best Buy exclusively, it is not just some random brand. For the money it is an immersive experience like I’ve never had before. Sweet!!

Nice but i cannot log into the free Apple TV free for 90 days. My only issue. It would be nice for the Geek Squad to help assist with that. Its only showing me a day trial.

Insignia being a BestBuy brand has never let me down, I’d buy this over the newer electronic brands!

My girlfriend fell in love with my fire tv in my room so i bought her this one for her livingroom. Now she doesnt want to go to bed , she loves this TV.

For the price, this tv is amazing. Of course, if you are an videophile thus is not the tv for you. Fir normal everyday tv shows and streaming hulu, netflix it is perfect.
