Good picture, great sound, and everything in a convenient and accessible place. All was good up until about a week ago, the TV was barely a month old and there was a horizontal scan line going down the screen every so often, and then sometimes it would just get stuck there, and then we noticed at times the sound would be distorted and we'd have to restart the TV. I contacted BestBuy and they replaced the TV today and a few hours later the horizontal line returned. This is sad and we will not be buying this brand ever again...

I had the cable company come out before I called The Geek Squad. By the time they came out, 2wks had passed with no tv. They unplugged it and it worked. The tech said we needed to unplug it to reset it. I felt like an idiot but now, we have to reset it every few days. I don’t even want a new one, I’ll pay the difference for a better brand. The picture isn’t that sharp but it’s for a bedroom. I wouldn’t advise purchasing it as your main tv if u can help it

It gets the job done though. I’ve actually discovered an issue where audio is still playing while the tv is off. Need to contact support about that.
