    Major issues with this tv. I thought the remote control just stopped working. So I downloaded the remote app to my phone. The tv ended up being the problem. I was new able to set my time zone on the tv. It gets stuck a lot and I can’t change streaming channels. The volume button works when it wants and it if you press more than twice the volume can go from 10 to 100 in a second.

    Great price. Picked up. Mounted. TV had a line that would move from top to bottom of screen. Had to return tv.

    I was really excited about this purchase at first. Day 1 it started glitching. Flashes of green light keep crossing my screen. At first I though maybe it was my internet not being fast enough to keep up with it but then it kept doing the same thing when I watched movies through my ps4. I wanted to like it so bad too.

    The sound does not engage sometimes when you turn the TV on. Have to recycle power and then is fine. Has happened 4 times since we have had the TV.

    Video quality is horrible, lots of flickering and lines and waves in low-light shows and movies. Amazon autoinstalls their useless apps (like shopping, kids, music, photos) that you don't need and does not allow you to uninstall. Run out of space with like 10 other apps (hulu, netflix, etc.) downloaded so can't update it. Remote kills batteries in 2 days.

    Decent TV, doesn't last

    Got this TV a little over a year ago. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but it got the job done. That is until the bottom 1/3 of the screen started to flicker/develop lines across the length of the display. One month out of warranty, and its basically unusable. You get what you pay for, but I was hoping to get at least a couple years out of this TV.

    The smart TV applications sometimes freeze and the tv needs to be reset by unplugging the cable and plugging it back in

    Its true you get what you pay for.. very low quality picture must be on standard picture to see. Then you have to have an Amazon account in order to download app which is ridiculous. I already purchased another tv to replace this one and put in a guess room. I purchased this tv in November of 2022... not a smart buy.

    TV works great, not enough storage.

    I haven’t even had this TV for a year and the internal storage is so full that none of the apps will update. It is so full of bloatware and apps I don’t use (can’t delete them either). I even went and bought a micro SD card because that’s what Amazon said we could do, no spot for an SD card in the TV at all. Most of the apps are now useless because they don’t update

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV! Purchased June 2021, completely and very randomly just stopped working Dec 2022, conveniently 6 months AFTER their limited warranty. Best Buy did not add the warranty to my order so apparently I’m just out of a 65inch TV.

    After Only One Year and barely used the television is Dead per Best Buy and just Buy a New One I will never purchase this Brand ever I’ll stick with Samsung and LG Brands I’ve had my LG for 6years and my Samsung for 10 with no problems at all

    I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased the TV in July, the TV never worked. It would tuen on but just gave a blue screen but no menu would come up to set up. I called and reprotrd the issue and the agent stated a texh would come to my house to troubleshoot. The tech called the night before and stated that they would bring a replacement. On August 6th the afent showed up without a replacement pushed tbe power button said yep its broke it will probably be 2 weekes before a replacement comes. Its been 3 weeks and I have not receiwved any follow up. I called tech support again and was transferred to 3 agents who offered no solution.

    Set the tv up fairly quickly on a Saturday. It was only on for about 2 hours and then I turned it off. Turned it back on Monday and it would not get past the initial welcome screen and then began to cycle on and off every 30 seconds. Called customer service and they walked me through the factory reset but it did not work. Now I have to wait 10 days for a technician to come out and try to fix it. Not happy at all. I will expect a different make and model if they can't repair this one
