First tv had lines running down, exchanged it after a couple of weeks. Second tv had a flashing line at the top. Doesn't seem like a very good quality tv.

Bought this TV because of the price and programming but returned it the next day. TV had ghosting and the picture quality was horrible. I tried different settings and nothing worked. Returned it the following day without hesitation. Inside source told me that these TV’s will eventually have issues with ghosting and he/she is not surprised that it happened to one right out of the box.

Im a little disappointed with the picture. It's not bright and clear. I adjusted the picture and still not satisfy. I purchased a 48in 5 years ago and thought going back with the same brand would be ok but upgrading to a 65 i think was a mistake. Im almost certain i will be returning for a different brand before my return time frame is up.

Bought this tv in January 2022 took out the box last week weekend and it’s been blinking black . The pitcher will play but it will consistently blink black . Like there’s a defect within the tv . Best Buy told me to pay $200 for their membership repair or to call the manufacturer company . I already threw the tv box out . So I’m going to try to call the manufacturer to see what they can do . Whenever I get off brand TVs this never happens . Oh and my review comment got deleted

This TV was easy to set up and we were so happy until the second day when a horizontal line began scrolling down through the picture every 5 min. We returned the TV and ordered a replacement. Within 10 min of setting up the new one, the same horizontal line showed up. Thinking it must be our HDMI cable, cable box or coax line, we replaced everything. Nothing fixed the problem. Upon doing some research it appears there are a lot of people having the same problem with this 65” Insignia. Sadly, we returned the second one and bought a Sony.

I bought this TV one month ago as part of Thanks Giving day deals and unfortunately I am facing internet connectivity issues , tried all trouble shooting steps that are shared by Technical expert, but still the issue connecting to internet has not resolved. However, best buy offered a replacement of the TV, waiting for the TV now and hope that will not give any trouble.

Very disappointed with this TV, we have 3 other insignia tv that we love. Every time I turn on the TV I have to restart it in the setup to be able to open an app, I can't stream from my cable app because amazon doesn't have a contract with Charter/Spectrum in my area. My Roku TV's are much better. I don't know if I have a lemon or if firetv is just this bad. I wish I would have returned it when I had the chance

Bought the TV 2 weeks ago. The picture is constantly changing in color, the screen is either small or large, maybe for such a price this TV is normal, but I am not at all happy with this purchase and if it is possible to change it, I would do it with pleasure
