Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV has good clarity but volume not good also while watching a TV show or what ever, it all of a sudden goes back to the beginning of the fire TV app. Thus my TV has been exchanged for a another one, so far no good, TV still going back to the beginning of the fire TV app, the volume still not good. Just have to add a sound bar.
