    My children purchased this tv for my husband as a Christmas gift. It was a great tv until July when half of the screen went black. Geek squad came out and said it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. We went to the store and purchased a new tv, same model. It lasted 2 1/2 months and on a Saturday in the middle of a football game, the entire screen went black. Again. Called the geek squad, waited for a repairman to come out and say the lite board was bad and went thru the process again of submitting a claim, this time a replacement had to be brought out and installed which will be another week, as they only deliver on Wednesdays to my area!
