We had the first tv and it blacked out at the bottom of the tv within 2 weeks. Got the replacement tv and it glitches often, while connected to the internet. It was reasonably priced, but out of the normal brand we purchase for our home.

Tv quality is amazing and it even has different media settings which I really enjoy. Easy to mount and remote came with batteries and spare batteries. Definitely going to purchase another one for my living room.

They state… “ Energy savings: Options like auto power-off and brightness adjustment help conserve energy when not actively watching.” “Option” infers that you can turn it off, which you cannot. If you pause the tv and leave it paused for 10-15 minutes, the tv shuts off!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

This one doesnt do it, other than that it has been good overall

I am having some difficulty in acquiring a manual to fully understand and operate this tv to its fullest. I have tried the suggestions of going to best buy.com. Not successful yet. Maybe fire tv next
