    The tv needs to boot like a computer. You cannot disable the “smart” functions. The smart functions make the tv lag. The smart tv fails to recognize input change until way after boot (say goodbye to console startup menu, the tv literally cannot show you the first minute of power on). The tv, after removing online functionality, still tells me to connect to wifi. This is a terrible tv. Its not a tv. Its an ad device. Save yourself a huge hassle and get a normal tv

    Worst TV purchased. Bought this tv not even a month ago and we have had issues from day 1. 1. The remote lags no matter if we change the batteries or not 2. Forget using HULU because it will freeze and then turn into a bunch of pixels and you literally have to restart it. Do not say reset and blah blah blah we have done it all. 3. The mounting is very low on the TV if you plan to mount on the wall so beware 4. It constantly just shuts off after about 30-45 minutes no matter what we do. 5. It constantly tells us no network when there is definitely a network IT IS GOING BACK. MY OLD SHARP DOES NOT DO ANY OF THIS AND I HAVE HAD IT FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE.

    Bought this 65 inch Insignia TV for my camp house. Looked at it verse a 65 inch Samsung and for $100 less, I am total happy with this TV.
