It stopped working, for no apparent reason, BestBuy is making me deal with Insignia, and the cust service is terrible. They make it so difficult to return if you don't have the original packaging. Who keeps that for a couple of months? They actually want me to box up a 65" TV and MAIL IT TO THEM.

It was a great tv until July when half of the screen went black. Geek squad came out and said it couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. We went to the store and purchased a new tv, same model. It lasted 2 1/2 months and on a Saturday in the middle of a football game, the entire screen went black. Again. Called the geek squad, waited for a repairman to come out and say the lite board was bad and went thru the process again of submitting a claim, this time a replacement had to be brought out and installed which will be another week, as they only deliver on Wednesdays to my area!

I got it on clearance and it is worth every penny. Some people have claimed the TV menus lag at times but I have really good wi-fi and have not experienced any lagging issues. I would definitely recommend this TV
