    This tv isn’t worth the buy. We had the first tv and it blacked out at the bottom of the tv within 2 weeks. Got the replacement tv and it glitches often, while connected to the internet. It was reasonably priced, but out of the normal brand we purchase for our home.

    I purchased this product because I have always found the Insignia brand to be a reliable product while being cost effective. It has actually outlasted name brand appliances in the past. I'll keep using them.

    This is the worst TV I have ever bought. I had started buying Insignia for my kids rooms (40") and have had no problems with them. I bought this one to replace my Samsung due to power surge during a storm. I have had nothing but problems. I returned the first one thru the warranty and have the same problems with this one. It is extremely slow to start up, select any apps, and starting any apps. Turning on the tv, selecting hulu, going to my live channel I want to watch literally takes at least 2-3 minutes. It will go back to the home screen in the middle of watching hulu for now reason. Guaranteed I won't win one their so called $400 gift cards with this review.

    customer support when calling into the Geek Squid was terrible. I had a question about setting it up and I was told I would have to call the manufacture of the tv.

    2 is being generous. The product itself is fine. But god bless if you have issues. My TV was broken almost 2 months the warranty and the warranty department for Insignia is probably the worst I’ve ever worked with. I order many different items from Best Buy will NEVER buy this line again. 2 months no television. Had to wait 45 days for a repair guy 5 tickets later I got a replacement. Just avoid it spend the extra 50/100$ on better quality and better service. AVOID.
