    POOR QUALITY, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Purchased this TV in June 2025 and Sept 2025 the screen separates from the frame. Called BestBuy to get the warranty work started for which they approve the replacement. Called the replacement line and they informed me that I will have to pay for installation if I want the TV's remounted. I explained that I paid a third party once to install and the only reason the TV's need to be unmounted is the fact that they sold me faulty, poor-quality product. To no avail, if I want my 2 TV's remounted, I will have to pay again. Thanks, BestBuy, for your poor customer service!

    The picture seems to lag at times and become very blurry - almost as if can't keep up with the speed that the picture is coming through. This purchase was a replacement for the previous model and it's doing the same thing. I would no recommend this product.

    Initially when i turned the tv on i was already impressed. That was shortly lived once the tv would not turn on. It was pretty mych stuck on this diagnosis page and i couldnt get rid of it. I called geeked squad to see if they could assist me. She tried helping but couldn’t resolve the issue. I suggested to exchange the tv but itll take 4 days for the swap to be made. I bought this tv like 2 days ago online and picked up this afternoon. I reallt expect a more urgent time for the exchange

    I recently had a 55' Insignia and the sound was great. The sound on the 65' is totally different!

    Got the tv in march and it has already stopped working, half the t. Screen went out and then eventually went completely black, has been mounted since we got it so no one touches it. Do not purchase

    I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this TV on June 18 and expected it to last far longer than just a few weeks. I took excellent care of it, caused no damage, and barely used it — yet it's already glitching and malfunctioning beyond use. To make things worse, I mistakenly thought the return policy extended to July 28, only to find out too late that it ended June 28 — just 10 days after purchase. That’s a ridiculously short window for such a major purchase, especially when the product clearly has quality issues. I regret this purchase and feel completely let down. A TV should last more than a month.

    One month in and we have to constantly unplug to reboot. Half the screen works, other half not so much . Reboot works for the day but may need another the next.

    I thought cheaper meant still good - wrong. Sound was ok, picture was ok, but this tv took FOREVER to setup and forget to load when turning on. The breaking point for me was when I pressed the volume up and down, I had to click every time for the volume to go up or down vs just pressing the button - annoying.

    I previously purchased an older version of this TV and loved it... however this one had very poor color compared to the previous model. Wouldn't be that terrible except that I use this for 3d modelling and image editing and need the colors to be accurate. Spent hours playing with the color adjustments and white balance, but in the end I'm returning for something else.

    I never leave reviews and I 100% would not suggest purchasing this tv. I am now on my second one within 2 months and the replacement now is messing up…..not with things you can deal with. Picture is green when the screen should be black etc., turns off randomly, closes out of apps non stop ( yes I have done the updates) speakers on the tv sound like they are blown, randomly has black areas of the screen. Very frustrating this is now happening a second time. Going through the return process once again but not having them bring a replacement this time.

    I’ve had so many issues with this tv already and it’s only been one month. Not sure if I just got a bad one or what but between the tv freezing, remote not working, and other technical issues this is probably the worst tv I’ve ever bought
