    Great tv until 4 months later, the display developed a wide horizontal line at the bottom when watching apps or movie. Research online says a loose cable or the t con board going bad.

    I do see blinking stripes on all over the Face of the screen. I have to off the Device every single time to get it alright.

    I have only had this tv for two months and the speakers just broke. It sounds like a combination of an old record player ana a tin can with marbles in it. ONLY TWO MONTHS

    Won’t connect to any of my devices , loses connectivity often. I blame the operating software , if you use an hdmi device it is a decent tv. But not the smart part.

    Honestly, this is the worst TV I ever brought in my house. The colors were off. The image was not clear.

    Repeated delivery to billing address instead of correct delivery address. This is the second time that Best Buy sent order to incorrect address. How can you split an order and sent half to one address and the other to another address. If I was a dishonest person I would not have spent 3hrs+ trying to make them aware and pick up incorrect delivery.

    TV only plays for 1 hour before it switches back to main menu, checked to make sure timer was not on. Only had one month before I purchased a new TV!

    Purchased this TV after having a Roku TV and I've had nothing but problems. The screen randomly switches inputs and applications and has very delayed input when using the remote.

    Tv had problems “clicking” sounds that eventually just turned into no sound. Also had connectivity issues with Xfinity stream app. Ultimately had to return it after 1 week.
