The operating system is constantly freezing up. Apps are force closing, and going black. Sound constantly going out. We have reset the system multiple times…nothing will fix it. Take my advice and go with a different brand

The smart functions make the tv lag. The smart tv fails to recognize input change until way after boot (say goodbye to console startup menu, the tv literally cannot show you the first minute of power on). The tv, after removing online functionality, still tells me to connect to wifi. This is a terrible tv. Its not a tv. Its an ad device. Save yourself a huge hassle and get a normal tv
