    Only had it for a few days started having problems with pitcher and dropping the Internet wound up returning it for an LG model that said while it was working, it really did have a nice picture

    I bought this tv for my daughter as a housewarming gift and the only complaint is the sound not working well. We have to put it up to 50 just to be able to hear it good.

    I really don't know if its me but I just dont see it has a Bluetooth and its not a high quality but fair for the price. I miss my other tv 85" G60d samsung

    Not bad at all but you do get what you pay for & my only problem so far is the input selection has glitches it jumps back & forwards

    My Cox remote cannot turn this on or off and cannot control the valume. I was very disappointed. It appears to be a technology difference. The salesman failed to tell me that that even though we discussed the fact that I wouldd use the TV mostly with Cox TV. He was interested in making the sale, not interested in customer needs and satisfaction.

    So for the price it’s ok. The volume is not great and the remote is absolutely garbage. But we are able to watch tv in a room we won’t use much.

    This TV is inexpensive and it shows. The screen is splotchy with solid color or greys, there is also light distortion at the edges. The chipset is clumsy and handles the software sluggishly. One of the worst faults is that standard 4X3 television images are squashed from all streamed sources, and there is no way to correct it. If you don't like Mr Spock with a skinny head this is not the TV for you. It is OK for a second TV. Football games, etc. look OK. But if you can spend a little more money I would pass this one by.

    Lasted just over 4 months and now have flickering on most apps and a 1/4 of my screen is pink or white...depending on app I watch from. I wish I would've read all the reviews. So many people are reporting that it lasted them just a few months. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

    The product as delivered was not as advertised. It was an open box, but did not state that parts would be missing. The person who delivered the product to the car stated all parts were present. At home (70 miles from Best Buy store), found the power cord and remote control were missing. Can't call Best Buy store, because they don't make it possible. Best Buy 800 number couldn't;t have cared less. Overall, lousy experience.

    Initially when i turned the tv on i was already impressed. That was shortly lived once the tv would not turn on. It was pretty mych stuck on this diagnosis page and i couldnt get rid of it. I called geeked squad to see if they could assist me. She tried helping but couldn’t resolve the issue. I suggested to exchange the tv but itll take 4 days for the swap to be made. I bought this tv like 2 days ago online and picked up this afternoon. I reallt expect a more urgent time for the exchange

    Crap.. the picture is good.. but the tv randomly goes back to the home screen and if the tv is paused for 15 mins, it shuts off and there is no way to shut that off. Very frustrating.
