The only part that was not good was the delivery service . I ended up having to go pick it up two weeks after purchase,the driver never even attempted to deliver , and his dispatch not knowing I was standing in my driveway called and said he was standing at my front door . Flat out lied! I won't be buying anything from here again

A very good TV with some caveats

I think it has a decent picture ( though the controls in the picture menu are greyed out so you can't adjust the picture). I will say that I needed to buy a sound bar because the TV speakers aren't very good. Also, it would have been nice if they included a voice remote with it. It seems nearly all new TV come with one, but this one did not and I really like using that feature for searching.
