Didn't have my adapter even though there is a website that says to contact if they don't fit. Bought it for no reason.

I wanted a 2nd power supply to use when I traveled. I was apprehensive at 1st because I was worried the power specs might be different for my new laptop. Upon checking the specs I found that they pretty much mirrored the specs of my original power supply. It has worked really well and is dependable so far.

I needed a wall charger for my Lenovo Yoga laptop. It is very thin like an ultrabook. I purchased a set of universal chargers for an ultrabook. While there were several, varied charging tips, none would fit my Lenovo. I was disappointed; however, the Best Buy associates were VERY helpful when I returned the universal charger set. They helped me order a product-specific charger online. It was even cheaper than the universal charger set and I received a gift card for the balance! I'm sure the universal charger set is great for a compatible ultrabook; it simply was not right for my needs.

This was worth buying because multiple use still waiting for stock charger that was order under my insurance warity plan when buying ASUS lap top. first was canceled was what i was told on my follow up so another order was placed supposed to be sent tomy house as well but it hasn't arrived yet.

Although the product is fine I will do my best to not go back into Best Buy. I asked for assistance four time no one would help me despite going to the front counter four times. 45 minutes waiting for assistance is unacceptable

This charging cord was the only one that had the little inner "pin" that fit my computer. The silver part sticks out about 1/4 inch before you get to the black hub, but it does indeed charge my computer, which is all I need.

Power supply for my laptop went bad. In a pinch before I could get an RMA for the power supply I did some research on the Best Buy.com website and found this replacement. It works excellent and has multiple adapter types to fit multiple brands of laptop that use the same power.

Purchased and used for 2 days then got frustrated as it did't charge the battery. It only powered up the LT. Contacted manufacturer and was not given any assistance. i returned it and purchased one from the LT manufacturer.

We were traveling and I brought my computer and the wrong power plug. We went to a couple of stores, none had the right power plug, but then we went to Best Buy. They had it. It worked perfect. Price was reasonable. And I was able to use my computer all week long.

Didn't work for a DELL laptop. No charger from Best Buy will. It shouldn't advertise working with Dell.

Will be returning defective item soon. It does not provide power for my laptop.

May be this item is a good one, but not for me. Bought this charger as a spare for my laptop. Didn't had adapter for my laptop. Manufacturer may have to update the adapters for new laptops.

It was really hard finding a plug that would fit my Dell computer. This one worked. All though it sticks out my Inspiron 15 3000 is being charged

This is a great charger to have in my laptop bag. I hate having to unplug the primary charger whenever I travel. This one is actually lighter weight than the original charger and works equally well. A second charger is always a good thing to have!

Replaced a Samsung fridge that was less than five yrs old due to annoying knocks at all hours of day/night. So far this fridge has exceeded my expectations. Has great storage plus the convient door-with-in-a-door is such an awesome feature..

It's okay. The cord isn't able to harden up my computer. It has to be plugged in at all times in order for my computer to work. Also, it runs a little slower than usual with this cord.

Works, however, the connection is lose, so you need to adjust the power cord to keep it charging. I don't have to adjust as much as other cords I have bought that have a lose connection.

We needed a replacement cord after the laptop took a spill & the Manufacturers cord snapped off inside the charging port - freaky right?!? The support desk tweezed the old one out & hooked us up with this new one. Works like the original!

Needed a charger for my hp envy which was purchased at Best Buy. After chatting online for 30 minutes with a “Best Buy professional” it was decided that this charger would work. It did not. If you have need a charger for your hp computer save some time and energy and order one directly from the hp store onlin.

After our nine month old chocolate lab used our original HP Envy cord for teething purposes, your staff kindly helped me find a suitable replacement!!! We are thrilled that it was an efficient visit, excellent replacement power cord!!
