Since I bought the laptop at Best Buy I thought it would be an easier process. The first time I went in the wrong one was sold to me, it was the one the salesman said would work. I had to return and get the correct one.

Not sure if it was a wrong tip or if the whole thing doesn’t work or if it’s just completely incompatible. But this was a waste for me and no one I know can use it either.

I was told that it was the only charger they had that would work for my laptop, but it wouldn't even charge my laptop, the most it would do is power it so that I could get on to it but I had to stay plugged in.
