He sold me this product, but unfortunately it doesn't fit snuggly and therefore keeps falling out. Very disappointed.

Not the best fit

To be fair, I didn't bring the laptop to the store but thought the customer rep could have looked up the hp to better inform on the purchase. They handed me this one to suggest it would work. I was out of town on business so a real bummer to get back to the hotel 20 min away and find it didn't fit. I still need to return it.

10 ft cord is MUCH more practical than 6 ft cords
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the Geek Squad verified that my OEM ASUS Ultrabook UX31A charger stopped working after just 2 1/2 years of regular use, my daughter--who knows much more about picking electronic products than I do--chose this charger from the several available at the local Best Buy store because it was the only charger that was immediately available there that fit my ASUS Ultrabook that ALSO had a 10 foot cord. All the other models had 6 foot cords which she realized would be just too short for me to use while it was charging from where I normally plug it in without adding an extension cord. The extra cord length is EXTREMELY practical and well worth the extra $ over buying another OEM replacement charger online (my original one that broke was 8.5 ft. long and even the extra 1.5 feet on the new charger comes in much more handy than one would think!) So far it works very well, but I will be sure to update this post if that changes.
