Only complaint is the price, I think $65 is too much to pay for a cord but it was 5 p.m. on a sunday so I didn't have any other choice but to buy it unless I wanted to be without a laptop. Lots of different plugs and works great

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought it at best buy works great I'm using it on my dell laptop it has surge protection it has over charge protection and over heating protection online it says it has a 1 year limited warranty when it really has a 3 year limited warranty and yes if the tip doesn't work and you call the 877-467-4289 number they will send the right tip for free just make sure you know the model number of your laptop before you call
