Didn't work with our laptop

However, the one we needed wasn't one of the ones that came with the product. You can request one online but there isn't a guarantee it would work so we returned the product. If you can take your laptop in to the store when you purchase the product, that's a good idea so you can test it there.

I called the Insigna company as instructed on the package to ask for the right fit for free but they do not have the one for my product. I returned back to the store.
