It was a challenge to find the correct one. But one might think that a year old computer would not need to replace the charging cord. Just another disappointment in this product. The young man that assisted me was wonderful and persisted in finding the correct cord. Great employee.

I was desperate for a charger.

Needing to stay connected to my family my computer was necessary. The charger does its job. IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AT ALMOST $70.00. I was disappointed in your pricing, but being the only cam in town I was stuck.

Good backup charger with multiple charging types

It works perfectly, and it worked on my computer as well which had a different connection type than hers. She has a Dell and I have a Sager. Now I don't have to bring my charger home with me from work anymore either.
