I needed this for my laptop but with the many different pieces, I could also use it for a few other things like an old radio I had as well. It help me with a couple of other fixes. Thanks, Best Buy!

I lost my charger and this worked great. It also is awesome for car rides because it doesn't have a ground piece on the plug in. It's also great I now have a back up for other devices as well. For the price it was worth it.

Purchased this for my Dell office computer. Build quality and adapters well made. Everything fits nice and it offers a good variety of charger adapters. Great to have as a back up and or so you can keep one in your bag for traveling.

I needed a new power adapter for my Asus laptop, because bare wires were showing on my old one. I was scared that I would have to end up buying a whole new laptop, but the Best Buy Associate was extremely helpful, and showed me a replacement that works just as good as the original.

It’s hard to tell if I liked this one because it didn’t come with the correct tip for my media tablet, I’ll be bringing it in to discuss with tech and update later

Worked great for an old Dell XPS laptop that had lost its charger. Nothing wrong with it, and charges like the original!

I had actually originally purchased the wrong charger for my laptop, so got this one as an exchange. The employees at Best Buy and at BatteryBiz were super helpful in making sure I had the correct charger the second time around. It works wonderfully and charges my laptop very quickly!

Works well. Very over priced. Well over double the OEM charger from ASUS. I bought this because there was no choice and I needed it in a hurry. I would NOT buy again because of price only.

All I can say is that it works but it is a very loose fit and must be adjusted frequently. If you can't find the exact one for your laptop, this will work.

I got this as a spare for my work machine so I wasn't constantly fishing wires from under my desk. It has performed solidly and I have had no issues. Have used one of the aux connectors for a machine I was working on that was sent in without its AC adapter. No problems there either.

Works well and appears to be good quality. Adaptors work well. There is a piece of paper that states what tip is for which manufacturer. Wish this was printed on the tray that holds the adaptors so it would not get misplaced.

So I have used these general chargers over the years, and been very disappointed. However, in a pinch I needed to get this for a large tablet. I was completely impressed, surprised and happy about the purchase. The tips are tight and don't come off under normal use. Boom!

When I got the charger it was the last box and it was a damage looking box well everything was fine with the chargers it’s just the box didn’t look well. I normally wouldn’t get a box like that but had no choice

I love all the connectors, it works for one laptop I wasn't expecting it to. But the connector is sort of flimsy, so I worry it will break like the OEM one that came from Dell. But so far, so good.

I needed a new charger for my samsung and could not find one without having to contact samsung. I finally went to best buy after being told that there is no charger for my pc. Lo and behold best buy had one. I was so happy since it saved me a lot of money and time.

this universal power charger works so well. I no longer have to keep an eye on my laptop to make sure it is charging. It is reliable and strong

While out of town, forgot the charger for my laptop. Went into Best Buy With my laptop, the sales perSon got the charger and right adapter, tested that it worked and checked me out on the spot. Many adapters in box for many computers.

This cord works for my laptop, but cost way too much for just a cord. Yes, it has several different heads, so I could use it for other items, but I doubt that I ever will.

Bought this to replace power adapter on wife's notebook. Product's website was great for confirming this had the correct tip for her ( i had purchased a different one a few days earlier at another store that did not work even though packaging listed her notebook)..

It geta the job done. It's a charger. Could have been 1/2 the cost. The variety of adapters seemed extreme, but that made sure I'd get the one needed.
